What do the cafe hood fan and the Dallas Cowboys have in common? Well, last week we received their hood fan and they got ours! Pretty funny huh?! And just an example of the challenges we face as COMFORT FOOD slowly becomes a reality! But I am happy to report that the walls ARE painted, the floor IS stained (and we like it) and the hood, venting system and fan will follow along SHORTLY! Kitchen equipment soon to follow…..
With our daughter’s wedding about a month away, we are hugely and happily distracted, but still moving along the path toward OPENING!
